even or +100 ?

can someone tell me why books sometimes use even as a moneyline and sometimes +100 at other times

Even generally applies to -110ish (or less if you play at Pinny or others), but +100 is usually a slight fav with the other side at -115 to -120.

Even does NOT mean even money.

Even always meant even at the book I use. I would assume +100 meant the same thing.

Chris maybe TTinco didnt understand my question exactly. I was referring to baseball lines. Where even does mean even!

But for instance, my book had an even on one over/under today and they had a +100 on another. I would like to know if the +100 means that the line is closer to moving in the ++ direction

EV is the OFFICIAL way to do it. FEI
